Apple Mail
Please note: Before you can start collaborating with your teammates in your shared inbox, you first need to add your team members as Collaborators.
1. Click the Mailbutler icon at the top of your Apple Mail window to open the Mailbutler Sidebar.
2. In the Mailbutler Sidebar, click the three dots and then Account & Preferences.
3. A new window will open. Select Collaborators under Account in the sidebar on the left.
4. You can add anyone with a registered Mailbutler account as a Collaborator. To add a Collaborator, enter the email associated with the person's Mailbutler account in the email address field.
5. Click Send Invite. The Collaborator will receive an invite email with a confirmation link.
6. Once your Collaborator has confirmed the invite, they will be added to your list of Collaborators and you will also be added to their list of Collaborators.
You can now start collaborating with your team mates in your shared inbox, assign emails to each other and share information with each other.

2. Click on the Assign icon.
3. Or you can also assign emails from inside the Mailbutler Sidebar. Click Assign in the Mailbutler Sidebar.
4. Select the collaborator that you would like to assign the email to or assign the email to yourself.
5. To view all of the emails that have been assigned to yourself, select the Home tab in Mailbutler's navigation bar and check the assigned emails widget.
6. Or go to the Emails tab in your navigation bar and filter for Assigned to me.
7. You can mark emails that have been assigned to you as done by clicking on the green circle in the Mailbutler Sidebar or by clicking the checkmark in Apple Mail's message action bar.
8. And you will see a done status if one of your collaborators has marked an email that you assigned to them as done.

Mailbutler shows if you one of your collaborators is currently viewing a message, replying to a message, adding/editing a note or adding/editing a task.
- You will see a pulsating green dot indicating the live status in the message action bar on your emails. Hover over the green dot to see the name of the collaborator whose live status you are seeing as well as their action:
