When you send emails with Mailbutler's Tracking and/or Link Tracking feature, we add a link to your emails, which contains "mlbtlr.com" to be able to detect whether your emails have been opened/your links have been clicked.
To increase the trustworthiness of your tracked emails and to reduce the risk of spam filters blocking your emails, you can configure your own tracking subdomain to replace "mlbtlr.com".
Please only follow the instructions in this article if you understand the concept of subdomains.
Please note: Among Mailbutler Collaborators, a custom tracking subdomain needs to be configured only once. All collaborators can then set up the same subdomain.
Please note: To be able to set up a Custom Tracking Subdomain, your domain needs to be configured to explicitly allow Amazon domains to issue SSL certificates.
This can be configured in CAA records in your DNS configuration.
For more information, please head to this page: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/acm/latest/userguide/setup.html#setup-caa
