💡 Good to know: Even if your computer is offline or turned off, Mailbutler will still send your scheduled email at the specified time.
🔔 Note: Smart Timing is not designed for bulk email campaigns. Scheduling more than 100 emails may result in failed delivery.
Step 1: Compose your email
Create your email as usual.
Step 2: Open Mailbutler
Open the Mailbutler Sidebar:
👉 Gmail
👉 Outlook
Step 3: Choose a delivery time
Choose when your email should be delivered:
➤ Select a specific date and time
➤ Use Optimize delivery date and Optimize delivery time to schedule delivery at the optimal date and/or time for each recipient
💡 Good to know: Mailbutler uses tracking data to determine the optimal delivery date and time for each recipient.
Step 4: Customize delivery options (optional)
Optionally, configure additional delivery settings, such as:
➤ Cancel Delivery to automatically cancel the scheduled email if the recipient sends you another email before delivery.
➤ Delivery Approval to require manual approval before the email is sent.
Step 5: Let Mailbutler send the email
Click Send later. Mailbutler will automatically send the email at the scheduled date and time.
💡 Good to know: If you're using Apple Mail or Gmail, scheduled emails are stored in the Mailbutler – Scheduled folder. If you're using Outlook, they're stored in Drafts.
