How do I use my Mailbutler signature on mobile?

Add your Mailbutler signature to your mobile email app and keep your branding consistent when sending emails on the go.

Step 1: Create a signature on desktop

Create your signature in Mailbutler on your computer.

Step 2: Send the signature to yourself

From your computer, send an email to yourself containing the signature.


Step 3: Add the signature

Gmail app

  1. Copy the signature from the email you sent to yourself.

  2. Open Gmail Settings.

  3. Go to See all settingsGeneralSignature.

  4. Click Create new and paste your signature.

✅ Your signature is now available when sending emails from the Gmail app on iOS or Android.


Apple Mail app

  1. Open the email you sent to yourself on your mobile device and copy the signature.

  2. On your mobile device go to:
    SettingsMailSignature

  3. Select the account you'd like to use the signature with and paste the signature.

  4. Shake your device.

  5. In the Undo Change Attributes dialog, tap Undo.

✅ Your signature is now available when sending emails from your mobile device.


💡 Good to know: Changes made to your Mailbutler signature are not automatically synced to your mobile email app. If you update your signature in Mailbutler, you'll need to repeat the process on your mobile device.
