Reading an email
Step 1: Open an email
Open an email in your Inbox or Sent folder.
Step 2: Open the Mailbutler Sidebar
Outlook for Mac
Click the three dots in the Outlook toolbar.
Select Mailbutler.
Outlook for Windows & Outlook on the Web
1. Click the Mailbutler icon.
2. If the icon isn't visible, click Apps and select Mailbutler.
Composing an email
Step 1: Start a new email
Create a new email draft.
Step 2: Open the Mailbutler Sidebar
Outlook for Mac
1. Click the three dots in the Outlook toolbar.
2. Select Mailbutler → Show Sidebar.
Outlook for Windows & Outlook on the Web
1. Click Apps and select Mailbutler.
2. Click Show Sidebar.
