How do I use Per-Recipient Tracking?

If you send an email to multiple users, Mailbutler shows you who out of the group of recipients has opened your email. You can also see detailed information on the individual openings, like time, location and device.

Apple Mail

1. Send an email with Tracking enabled.

2. Go to your sent folder and select the email.

3. Once your email has been opened, click on the checkmarks to access Tracking Details.

4. You will see the icon(s) of the contact(s) who have opened your email. You can also see detailed information on when, where and on which device the individual recipients have opened your email.

5. Hover over the contact icon to display the contact name.

Gmail

1. Send an email with Tracking enabled.

2. Go to your sent folder and select the email.

3. Once your email has been read, open the Mailbutler Sidebar to access Tracking Details.

4. You will see the icon(s) of the contact(s) who have opened your email. You can also see detailed information on when, where and on which device the individual recipients have opened your email.

Outlook

1. Send an email using the Tailored Send button, with Tracking enabled.

2. Go to your sent folder and select the the email.

How do I check Tracking Details?

With Mailbutler you can get detailed tracking information on your emails and links - how many times your emails and links were opened as well as when, where and on which device.
