Is Mailbutler GDPR compliant?

Mailbutler takes data protection and GDPR compliance very seriously.

Last updated on 10 Jul, 2026

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) establishes requirements for organizations that process personal data and grants individuals greater control over how their data is collected and used. For European individuals, GDPR expands their data privacy rights and gives them more power to control their data. GDPR also requires compliance from companies that process the personal data of these individuals.

Ensuring our users’ data privacy and security has always been a top priority for Mailbutler’s product development and business. As your service provider, we continuously evaluate our practices to safeguard your information as effectively as possible.

As a German company, Mailbutler fully complies with both the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Mailbutler offers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for customers who require one for their compliance documentation.

Please click here to download a copy of Mailbutler’s DPA. If you would like to enter into a DPA with Mailbutler, please send a signed copy to info@mailbutler.io.

Please note that our DPA has been tailored to the way Mailbutler provides its services.
