Apple Mail
1. Click the Mailbutler icon at the top of your Apple Mail window to open the Mailbutler Sidebar.
2. Select or enter your email address and click Start using Mailbutler.
3. You will receive an email with a login code. Enter the login code in the field and click Login in with code.
Gmail
1. Click on the Mailbutler icon to open the Mailbutler Sidebar.
2. Click Sign in with Gmail.
3. Alternatively, to log in with a non-Gmail email address, click Use different email address.
Outlook
1. Open the Mailbutler Sidebar in Outlook.
2. Click Sign in with Outlook.
Alternatively, to register a Mailbutler account with a non-Outlook email address, click Use different email address.
Mobile app
1. Open the Mailbutler Mobile app.
2. Select or enter the email address associated with your Mailbutler account and tap Start using Mailbutler.
3. When you request a login link, you’ll receive an email with two options:
Login button: If you’re viewing the Mailbutler login email in your mobile device’s native Mail app, tap Login to Mailbutler to open the secure login page and sign in automatically.
Login code: If the button doesn’t work, copy the login code shown in the email, then return to the Mailbutler app and tap Login with code to paste/enter it.
Note: The login link is time-limited (typically valid for about 20 minutes).
