Step 1: Enable notifications on your device
Apple Mail
Open System Settings → Notifications.
Select Mailbutler.
Enable Allow Notifications.
Gmail (Chrome, Safari & Edge)
Mailbutler notifications are enabled automatically when you install Mailbutler.
Outlook on the Web
In the Mailbutler Sidebar, navigate to Account & Preferences → Notifications.
Click Setup Web Notifications.
Select Activate Notifications.
💡 Good to know: Using the Outlook app? Notification settings aren't available in the Outlook app. Enable them in Outlook on the web or the Mailbutler mobile app.

iOS
Open Settings → Notifications.
Select Mailbutler.
Enable Allow Notifications.
Android
Open your device's Settings.
Open Notifications.
Select Mailbutler.
Enable notifications.
Step 2: Choose which notifications you'd like to receive
Open the Mailbutler Sidebar:
👉 Gmail
👉 Outlook
In the Mailbutler Sidebar, navigate to Account & Preferences → Notifications.
Enable the notifications you'd like to receive.
✅ That's it! You'll now receive Mailbutler notifications on your selected device(s).
