Select your email client


Apple Mail

1. Open System Preferences.

2. Go to Language & Region.

3. Select or add your chosen language.

4. Move your preferred language to the top of the list as the primary language.

5. Restart your computer.

6. If you have selected a language that is supported by Mailbutler, Mailbutler will be in your selected language the next time you open Mail. 


Gmail

1 . Open Gmail.

2. Click the Settings icon. Then, click See all Settings.

3. Under Language, select your preferred language.

4. Click Save Changes.

5. If you have selected a language that is supported by Mailbutler, Mailbutler will be in your selected language the next time you open Gmail. 


Outlook app

1. Open System Preferences.

2. Go to Language & Region.

3. Select or add your chosen language.

4. Move your preferred language to the top of the list as the primary language.

5. Restart your computer.

6. If you have selected a language that is supported by Mailbutler, Mailbutler will be in your selected language the next time you open Mail. 


Outlook.com

Open Outlook.com in your browser and change the language in your browser's language settings.
