How do I add my Mailbutler signature to the email app on my mobile device?

You can use the Mailbutler signature, that you created on the desktop, when sending emails from your mobile device. Here is how.

Select your email app

Mail app

1. Open Apple Mail on the desktop and send an email to yourself with your Mailbutler signature included.

2. Open the email from the Mail app on your iOS device.

3. Copy the Mailbutler signature from your email.

4. Open the Settings app and select Mail.

5. Scroll down and select Signature.

6. If you have more than one email address set up in Mail and use the same email signature for all addresses, tap All Accounts.



7. Or, choose Per Account to specify a different email signature for each account.

8. Tap and hold in the signature box, and then select Paste. The signature looks similar, but not exactly like the one you created.

9. Shake the device and, in the Undo Change Attributes dialog box, choose Undo.

10. The signature returns to the way it was when you copied it. 

You can now send emails from your iPad or iPhone with your Mailbutler signature.



Gmail app (iOS, Android)

1. Open Gmail on the desktop, select an email that has your Mailbutler signature included and copy it.

2. Go to Settings > See all settings > General > Signature and click Create new.

3. Paste your Mailbutler signature into the field.

Now you can use your Mailbutler signature when sending emails from the Gmail app on your iOS/Android device.
