Step 1: Open Mailbutler
Open the Mailbutler Sidebar:

👉 Outlook
Step 2: View collaborator activity
Mailbutler shows the live activity of your collaborators, when someone is:
➤ Viewing an email
➤ Replying to an email
➤ Composing an email to the contact whose conversation you're viewing
➤ Adding or editing a Note
➤ Adding or editing a Task
💡 Good to know: In Apple Mail and Gmail, you'll also see a pulsating green dot directly on the email, indicating that a collaborator is actively working on it.
