ℹ️ Before you start: Mailbutler is only installed for the Microsoft account you're signed in to during setup. If you'd like to use Mailbutler with additional Microsoft accounts, simply repeat the installation for each account via the Microsoft Marketplace.
💡 Good to know: Mailbutler works with both the Outlook desktop app and Outlook on the web, on Windows and Mac.
Step 1: Install Mailbutler
Go to Mailbutler's Get Started page and enter your email address. You'll then be guided to the Microsoft Marketplace to download Mailbutler.
Click Get it now and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
🔔 Note:
After installing Mailbutler, Microsoft may ask you to open Outlook on the web to get started. Mailbutler will also be installed and available in the Outlook desktop app.
Outlook add-ins can take up to 24 hours to appear. If you don't see Mailbutler right away in your Outlook inbox, allow some time for Outlook to sync before continuing with the steps below.
Step 2: Open the Mailbutler Sidebar
Open the Mailbutler Sidebar to continue with account creation.

Step 3: Create an account
Sign up for your Mailbutler account directly from the Mailbutler sidebar.
Step 4: Pin the Mailbutler button and Sidebar (optional)
Pinning makes Mailbutler easier to access in Outlook.
