Step 1: Send your email
Compose and send your email as usual.
Step 2: Monitor engagement
Open the email in your Sent folder and view its tracking information.
Depending on your plan, you can see:
Whether your email has been opened & your link has been clicked
Step 3: Follow up at the right time
Using tracking insights, Smart Follow-Ups automatically recommends which sent emails may benefit from a follow-up.
Recommendations appear in the Email Tracking widget, where you can review emails that haven't received a reply and draft follow-up messages with AI.
