Note: Mailbutler has discontinued support for the legacy (Classic) Outlook experience. To ensure the best performance and a stable experience, Mailbutler is supported in the New Outlook version. • Mailbutler is available as an add-in for Outlook for the following Microsoft email account types:

  • outlook.com

  • Exchange Online 

  • Exchange on-premises using version 2016 or 2019, and configured to use the API 1.5 requirement set
    (Exchange on-premises means that your company has its own server configured to act as Exchange, but it is not managed by Microsoft, and we cannot account for your server settings. To take advantage of all Mailbutler features available when composing a message, you need an Exchange Server with Hybrid Deployment. Ask your network administrator if this is enabled for your Exchange Server.)

Note: Please note that if you see the message "REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox" when installing Mailbutler for Outlook, it means that your company server does not support Mailbutler’s API requirements.

Mobile app

• The Mailbutler Mobile app is for the following operating systems:

  • OS 10.0 or later (for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch)
