How to use Email Templates in Apple Mail
You can either insert a Message Template before or after you have started composing a message on Apple Mail.
- To start an email with a Message Template, click on the drop-down menu button next to your compose button:
- To insert a Message Template after you began composing, click the Message Template button in your compose window:

How to use Email Templates in Outlook
1. Open Outlook.
2. Open the Mailbutler add-in and click the Insert Template option. Then, select the Message template you would like to use.
