Message Templates in Apple Mail

You can either insert a Message Template before or after you have started composing a message on Apple Mail.

  • To start an email with a Message Template, click on the drop-down menu button next to your compose button:

Message Templates in Gmail

You can either insert a Message Template before or after you have started composing a message in Gmail.

1. Open Outlook

2. Start composing a message

3. Open the Mailbutler add-in

4. Select the Message template you would like to use.

1. To start writing an email click on the airplane icon at the bottom right of your screen.

2. To insert a Message Template, click the Message Template button{+} in your compose window.
